Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the pklugk platform. By accessing pklugk, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
Age Requirement
Access to and use of the pklugk platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account on pklugk, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pklugk enforces this policy without exception across all game categories, promotional offers, and payment services available on the platform.
pklugk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player are subject to forfeiture in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
Geographic Eligibility
pklugk operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving players located in Bangladesh, including but not limited to residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pklugk is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
pklugk makes no representation or warranty that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law is done at the player's own risk and pklugk shall bear no liability in such circumstances.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on pklugk. Creating duplicate, multiple, or additional accounts â whether in the same name, a family member's name, or using different identity documents â is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
2. Account Registration
Accurate Information
When registering an account with pklugk, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a working mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklugk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. pklugk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify pklugk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pklugk recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available at no cost in your account security settings.
Account Verification (KYC)
pklugk is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud and financial crime. As part of this commitment, pklugk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time pklugk deems appropriate:
- National Identity Card (NID) â front and back
- Valid passport or driving licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) as proof of address
- Screenshot or transaction receipt confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account restriction or closure. pklugk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
pklugk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on pklugk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (ā§ŗ). The minimum deposit amount is ā§ŗ200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ā§ŗ500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the pklugk Cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to pklugk are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may vary. pklugk does not impose any withdrawal fees from its side; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pklugk bears no responsibility.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 2.3. pklugk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending review for suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Prohibition on Third-Party Payments
You must only deposit funds into your pklugk account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts â including family members, friends, or business associates â are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified by pklugk will result in the immediate suspension of the account and return of funds to the originating payment account where technically possible. Winnings accrued on third-party deposits are void and subject to forfeiture.
Currency Notice: All monetary values on the pklugk platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (ā§ŗ). Exchange rates, where applicable for Visa or Mastercard transactions, are determined by your card issuer and are outside pklugk's control. pklugk is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or card provider.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms
pklugk may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) that are clearly stated on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is presented. You must read and accept the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded by pklugk are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games only â live casino, slots, and crash games typically qualify; certain table game bets and low-margin sports wagers may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse
pklugk employs automated and manual review processes to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bonus funds in low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, colluding with other players, and using prohibited software or scripts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where financial fraud is suspected.
5. Gameplay & Fair Use
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pklugk platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to make game decisions or place bets
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pklugk's platform or any game engine
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the pklugk platform or its games
- Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location or bypass platform restrictions
- Any conduct that pklugk, in its reasonable judgment, considers to be unfair, disruptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform
Game Outcomes and RNG
All casino games available on pklugk utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game's respective studio â including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by pklugk or by any player. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on pklugk, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by pklugk's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a technical failure, match abandonment, or result dispute, pklugk's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to review by our disputes resolution process. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended.
6. Responsible Gaming
Player Protection Commitment
pklugk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available immediately from the account settings panel following login and take effect without delay upon activation.
Self-Exclusion
A player who activates a self-exclusion period on pklugk will have their account suspended for the selected duration. During a self-exclusion period, pklugk will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, including refusing to accept new deposits or re-register under a new account. 7. Intellectual Property & Liability
Intellectual Property
All content on the pklugk platform, including but not limited to the pklugk brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of pklugk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pklugk content without prior written authorisation from pklugk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklugk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by interruption of service, technical failure, or errors in game software provided by third-party studios. pklugk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pklugk's internal complaints procedure should be submitted to pklugk's disputes resolution team by email at [email protected]. pklugk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Account Termination by pklugk
pklugk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or for any other reason pklugk determines to be in the best interest of the platform and its player community. In cases of account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of all applicable checks.
8. Privacy & Data
Data Collection and Use
pklugk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pklugk.org/privacy-policy. By registering on pklugk, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pklugk uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform.
Cookies
pklugk uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver a personalised and functional user experience. By continuing to use the pklugk platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, doing so may impair the functionality of certain features on the platform.
9. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to offers you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and pklugk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments
pklugk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pklugk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of pklugk following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
